COMMITTEES
Industry standards are essential to ensuring aftermarket
trading partners are able to easily exchange and access
data. MIS Council committees are established to develop
standards for EDI, XML and other applications. This helps
facilitate communications between aftermarket suppliers
and customers and helps the supply chain remain competitive
against initiatives that encourage competition from outside
the industry.
Any active MIS Council member may participate in the committees.
