Lisa has been with Gates for 20 years mixing information systems with Sales & Marketing. She’s been a programmer and analyst in Market Research, Bar Code Systems Project Manager, Belt Marketing Manager and held an operations role. She was a member of the MEMA Committee that developed aftermarket bar code standards, introduced bar coding to Gates, brought Sales Force Automation to Gates and currently leads the PIES movement at Gates.
